Can it mean or have anything to do with wicca or witch craft when you can sense emotions?

ok i cant sometimes fee other peoples emotions and i feel really connected to the elements and the sun and moon . sometimes i feel like there trying to tell me something. also i sometimes have these really vidi dreams where part of the drean cones true........help me plz i need answers to why i can do these things. any help plz
