Is it possible to share a url to wall of facebook specified user..?

I want to know plz if there is such a option or facebook plugin in which a person can share his URL to his friend's wall on facebook, not on his own wall,also don't go his friend's profile,is it possible from externel page site like youtube or else web.please reply.thanks
