Are we missing the point to child sex abuse?

Child abuse needs to be out in the open in order to prevent it wherever possible, childhood is a very short period in our lives when many of our attitudes are formed on life and how we relate to other people, We should of course be doing everything in our power to protect them before they are damaged for life.
