Im looking for a good beginners book to read aboyt wicca?

I'm unfamiliar with the one you mention. However, I strongly recommend you try to find a copy of Cunningham's "Wicca: a Guide for the Solitary Practitioner." It's an excellent beginner's book, and it's reliable and doesn't have the dogma of Buckland or the sometimes annoying unhistorical ideas or "victim mentality" one sometimes sees in Ravenwolf.
