Women: What event in your life was the most sexist or misogynistic?

When I was 7 and I decided to start running races against other kids, my dad told me I'd never succeed because women can't run as well as men. He told me women aren't as smart as men, that men are superior in everything, and to stop trying. I haven't done sports or really applied myself since.
