Is there a spell to make someone come to me?

What is the spell(if it exists) and can you use it to make someone come to me whom actually isn't living near, in fact, on whole other continent, to make them want to come and in their head to have some reason they imagined or something and they comes to my house anyway possible and becomes a friend of mine, not needing to become more than a friend with witchcraft or wicca spell or something(i know wicca is a religion), i know it's contradicting to someones free will but i need it and if someone is willing to do it for me i would be grateful and i do know it(spells) tend to backfire and i'm ready for it?
