What CISCO switches provide traffic shaping?

I'm in the market for a switch to traffic shape my home network. I'd like to be able to specify the speed at which each port is allowed to access the internet. I don't really want something like QoS to prioritize the traffic but rather something where I can specify the total bandwidth per port and possibly specify the speed at which certain applications run. For example have torrent traffic top out at 500kbs but allow HTTP traffic to unlimited. I'd also prefer Gigabit ports.
