What to do with someone talking about you behind their back in a Coven?

So I've been Wiccan all my life and I used to be in a Coven, I started a Coven up about 1 year ago and I now have a small Coven full of people I know and trust with my life, 1 member began in December and I welcomed her with welcome arms into the Coven and I've been teaching her about Wicca and just generally doing things like you would in a normal Coven however a teacher at school found out and tried to stop me from doing it, I thought it might have just slipped out and I didn't pay any attention to it. Anyway this girl and another friend who I trust with my life (They are in the Coven) thought something was wrong with me one day and I admitted them my deepest darkest secret and within the next few days it had spread around school, it got me into a whole bunch of trouble and I had no idea who had spread it, at first I thought it might have been the friend I trusted my life with, I didn't tell them any secrets again but I did tell this girl some and they also spread like wildfire. Some of the people outside the Coven said she was spreading rumours about me and a teacher having a relationship with each other and I am pretty sure that she is talking about me behind my back. I just am unsure on what to do with her being in the Coven, in Wicca you have to have trust with your Coven and I can't trust her with a secret so how can I trust her with the God and Goddess's ways of right? Any advice for what to do about her? I have asked 2 coven members already on if they feel like they can trust her and both say no so it isn't just me, should I ask the other members and see what they think?
