What do pagans/Wicca/witches have on your alter?

I don't generally use an alter. I believe that we manipulate the energies around us when we cast a spell and that while herbs, crystals, etc can help us focus energy or lend their own to our will. I do keep a green glass orb, essential oil burner, incense, and candles but I like to use the items around me for spur of the moment inspiration.
