Good omen then bad one? ?

So today I decided to become a Wicca then I had a good omen. Because I plucked a white hair off my black cat without her scratching me! But then when I went to my room I found my bunny dead?!? Is this a bad omen? Also I fed him strawberries for the first time if that helps, and I know he is a lagomorph but no one was answering the questions in the other pets section!
