Do Wiccans believe in Cheating?

I have an ex boyfriend who is Wicca. I found out that EVERY past girlfriend he has ever had he has cheated on them.. one of my other friends told me that wiccans believe in not harming another person butdont consider cheating is wrong. Give me your opinion is this true or not.. im tryin to find out..
