Becoming a solitary Wiccan?

I want to become a Wiccan so I am studying and I feel like I have read every single website there is about Wicca but it's only been 4 days? People say it takes about a year! Should I start to do rituals and everything because I feel that I know where I want to take this and all the information I need to know.
